This really sucks! For the past 2 weeks our family has had sickness going around. Well... just a cold with a fever. Garrett was the first to get sick. He actually first started with a cough, then and got sick to his stomach. Ethan got sick with a fever, and then Tanner had a cough and a stuffy nose. Now I'm sick (But getting better) but what i have had is a fever, a stuffy nose, sinus drainage, and a sore throat. Now I still have a stuffy nose and sinus drainage, a cough, and I slightly still have pink eye. YEAH I was almost better when I noticed that my eye was pink and goopy. That night I woke up at like 4:00 in the morning and when I opened my eyes. The one that had pink eye was crusted shut! I ran to the bathroom. After picking at my eye for about 10 minutes, I got it all off. I went up stairs to tell my mom that my eye crusted shut (And also I told her that I looked like that baby doll on Toy Story 3 that had one eye closed and the other opened) She just seemed like she didn't really care and she told me to go back to bed.
I fell asleep again and a little while later I woke up at 5:00 in the morning, and once again my eye was crusted shut. I did the same routine so I could see through my left eye again. Well now that I think of it I cant remember if I went back to sleep or if I stayed up the rest of the night. Hummm... I really don't know. But when it was morning I walked up to my mom (She was on the computer eating breakfast) She asked why the down stairs light was on last night? I told her it was because I couldn't see last night when I went up stairs when my eye got crusted shut. She wasn't quite sure what I was talking about. She said to me "What did you do upstairs?" I responded back saying, "I went to your room to tell you that my eye got crusted shut. Don't you remember? You even told me to go back to bed." M: "I don't remember anyone coming into my room in the middle of the night." S: "Well... you were facing dad when you were talking to me." M: "Wow! I am sOoOo used to telling you to go to bed in the middle of the night that now that i can do it in my sleep!"
That night I woke up again twice in the middle of the night but my eye wasn't crusted shut. But it still had a little crust. Then when I woke up the second time I forgot I had pink eye! Pheeewww... no more pink eye! But unfortunately I have a cough now and there is only 2 days till Christmas and 6 days till my Birthday! I better get rid of this cold by my Birthday so I can taste my birthday donut/Ding Dong's. 'Cause right now I'm really getting sick of this cold... especially when my mom has been baking lots of goodies... THAT I CANT TASTE! cause of this dumb cold. Huh... well now all of the goodies are almost gone. But my dad has my cold now, and Tanner has pink eye in both eyes. (Mostly from having dry eyes from playing video games ALL day.)
Well I need to wrap this story up before the computer logs me out from my account. (At certain times of the day the computer kicks me off for a certain amounts of time.) Well cross your fingers and hope everyone is healthy for the holidays!
